I did two phone calls to interview. They don't disclose that it is a pyramid scheme until you talk for awhile. Then they start defending all the negative comments about them online and I hadn't even mentioned it.

Interview
I recieved an invitation to innterview. I then had an Individual interview followed by a group interview, involving a case study and a teambuilding activity. A resumé was submitted, and follow up questions were asked.
Super easy. If you have a car you get the job. They also want to see if you have your own contacts for potential sales. If you want the job you will get it.
Vector only hires from within. I was selected from a group of candidates who wanted to move up in the company. I went through three rounds of interviews before being selected for the role.
