I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Vector Marketing (Reading, PA) in Aug 2009
Interview
Not a professional setting. The manager of the office is quite cocky. Be prepared to sit very long, and not talk at all. If you know a lot of people and they know a lot of people, you will do fine. You get base pay per knife-selling appointment, even if you do not sell anything. If you actualyl sell the Cutco knives, you get the higher of either the # of appointments you had in the week, or your commissions. Your commissions only count once you hit $1,000 in sales.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

Interview
It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

Interview
There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
