2 person interview with a person who was illiterate. Could not read my resume. Waste of time. Very deceptive in what they want from you when asked via text. Excited when I got a referral from a friend. When I got there, unemployed and broke, I still felt I was above working this job. Sneaky business selling kitchen knife.

There were a lot of questions that made you have to really think about your response in my interview for this position. To even be selected for an interview for this position, you have to have worked there for years and have experience in not only sales, but also managing and coaching others to help them achieve success within the position.

Question 1
How do I plan on increasing or growing my assigned territory within my first 12 months?
Interviews with the Division Manager to go over your personal success with the company and to go over the skills you have that would make you a good fit for the position. Review of my summer as a Branch Manager to see where my strengths and weaknesses are. The interview lasts about 45 minutes and it is determined which positions are available and would be a good fit for my skill set.
