Interview
My experience was exactly the same as a few other reviews here, I gave them the benefit of the doubt to proceed with the process, but it ended the same.
HR screener call was fine. But then between the 2 people that interviewed me - interviews were rescheduled or even NO SHOWED 5-6 times! The no show was a 10:30am call that guy 1 had overslept. After another 2 reschedules our interview call actually went fine and moved to the next step.
The second call with guy in Sales was a real doozy. Between dropping F bombs and telling war stories, most of the call was about how HARD this job is and how tough it is selling in the Bay Area. He barely asked me any questions, but apparently determined I was up to the task.
So then I was GHOSTED by the recruiter, who was very professional up to this point. Never heard anything back and he didn't respond when I reached out to him. Long and short of it is either this company is a mess, or these guys don't want anyone hired and they are sabotaging the process.

Interview process in Varonis real quick and simple. Based on the candiate experience the interview has been conducted by the interviewer in the professional way. Good part is that the way the interviewer treat is candate is awesome

More than technical, the expectation from the interviewer is that how to handle different type of customers. ideally some customer may have different level of expertise on the product and technology..
The process was pretty smooth althought it was lengthy. At least seven interviews inmaddition to giving a presentation to the leadership team which consisted of managers for sales and sales engineering.

Interview
Initial phone interview with Varonis recruiter. Recruiter was 10 minutes late to call me. No big deal, calls can run long. Recruiter proceeded asking yes/no questions like have you worked with AD. Etc. which I answered and gave examples. I proceeded introduce myself and my background and the recruiter seemed distracted. And asked me more yes no questions. I ended up asking more questions and selling myself as if I was giving my own interview. Overall not a great back and forth interview.
