Really poor interview experience. Went through three rounds of interviews and was waiting to hear back only to have the recruiter go dark. I never actually received a real answer. Instead, a few weeks after my third interview I received an automated email telling me that I wasn’t selected for the position. Frustrated, I tried to get feedback from the recruiter only to be ignored again. This is an extremely unprofessional way to treat a candidate. I’m certainly not under the impression that every employer needs to offer me a position. However, I do believe that receiving updates regarding the status of my candidacy throughout the recruitment process and given feedback at the end is a reasonable expectation. I will certainly never apply to Varonis again and I would encourage others to think twice before doing so.
