First of all, I did not apply the position but their HR personal contacted me whether I would interest in a role. Following my positive answer, I did not hear for a month. Later, he again emailed and scheduled a meeting for HR screen. I again accepted and was present on agreed time. Waited for 45 minutes to receive a call, but no one called. I responded to the email I received and also messaged via Linkedin, but they were beyond caring. As a result, I was called for a meeting, waited 45 minutes and not contacted. My messages ignored and nobody attempted to apologize. This is such a shame, I have never seen such behaviour in my 18 years career. This was the most unprofessional HR contact I have ever seen.
