I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Vanguard (Malvern, PA) in Jan 2024
Interview
Had an interview through a contractor agency, Randstad. Oddly, I didn't feel as though the interview was too in depth. Basic questions were asked and the interview was fairly short. Essentially asked what my background was, what I felt comfortable working as far as shifts and settings, how I handled customer relations questions, etc. Nothing out of the ordinary.

Question 1
What was my background and recent work experience in?
The interview process was pretty standard, starting with a phone interview and then moving to a virtual team meeting with the recruiter. Very friendly and open to answering your questions.

Question 1
What do you know about Vanguard?
Tell me about a time... handling a customer, difficulties, multitasking
Seamless process with very kind people. They made it easy to talk about my experience prior and answered all of my questions honestly. They went by fairly quickly but it felt more like a conversation than an interview.

Got a phone interview that lasted 20 minutes asking about your background and why you are interested in the company. Then they schedule for another with the hiring manager virtually.
