Interview
Met with a recruiter at a job fair at my college. Had an on-site interview with that same recruiter, who turned out to be a technical lead, the next day. A week or so later I was reached out to and invited to visit their campus for a round of interviews, which I declined due to another offer.

Job Fair lead to a one on one interview. We then met the following day for a longer one on one interview. The interviewer asked five or six questions and none of which were quantitative.

Interview
The interview process was almost a full day long. It consisted of one group interview, a panel interview and 3 back to back one on one interview. Every word said and every question asked was being taken into careful consideration. Great culture for the specialty programs, a lot of support.
