I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Vanguard in Oct 2021
Interview
First there was the initial phone call with an HR recruiter. Then the first video interview was scheduled with the hiring manager for a few days later. The interview was so scripted and I just couldn't get past the situational questions and reading of all of those questions off a piece of paper instead of engaging in a discussion. I was told there were at least three rounds of interviews before an offer would be made, if not more. I knew within the first five minutes of the interview that this was not the role nor the company for me, and obviously that went both ways as I was not offered to continue to the second round.
