Phone interview screening. Then you get invited to HQ to interview in person. The process takes about a week from when you have the phone interview until you are invited. Then after interviewing in person, you get notified in 1-2 weeks.

Interview
Mostly behavioral interview questions with along with a roll play exercise. There were a few technical questions regarding how the equity and debt markets work, but if you have take an entry level finance class then it should be pretty basic
Passed Coding exam, took Behavioral interview, then got completely ghosted. I would at least expect a rejection from someone who took the time to interview me, but I guess their HR needs some work

I applied online and was contacted the same day for a phone interview, now I have a in person interview on campus. I found the phone interview really good and the process seems really structured and fast.
