Interview
The interview process was a half day commitment, which began with an orientation and then two-part interview. One of which included a 1-on-1 behavior based line of questioning, aka the STAR format. Part 2 of the interview was a case study dealing with a customer situation, and two managers allow you time to review before they come in and ask you questions directly related to the study.

STAR format with a case study, role play, and debrief. Questions focused on how you prioritize and handle adversity. Role play scenario is designed to see how quickly you can build rapport and your ability to assess need

They love doing Star type questions. There is usually 4 to 5 of those star type questions. Then you talk about Vanguard core values. That will help you out.
