Honestly the recruiter was awesome but the interview was horrible. Panel interview with 3 other participants, one didn’t show up. The questions were hardly touching on AVD experience. More curious about the networking side of things. After looking at my resume, one of the panelists asked me “what have you actually engineered” after me discussing all the engineering. I got the impression of a superiority complex almost immediately. On top of the lack of personality compatibility, one of the panelists left with about 30 minutes left in the interview, while the other one left 10 minutes until. I’d totally be more understanding if the role was more networking focused or wasn’t Azure Virtual Desktop specific, but the job posting did not reflect that.
