Easy interview focused on teamwork, friendliness and availability. Told us that job is seasonal and has long hours. Flexible schedules are a strong thing to have. Friendly employees as well.

Interview
Met with the owner and was given a spiel about what PartyWorks does. Very minimal questions asked and more of a conversation. Seemed more on the braggy side of how many events they do in a busy season.

Interview
Mine was unusual as I was referred by a friend, and asked to work a shift prior to interviewing. When I did get a chance to interview it was more of a formality for the employer and myself to get to know each other. Others mentinoned the interview was a formality as well, usually brief and easy.
