I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Valydate (Ottawa, ON) in Jul 2014
Interview
Applied through school right after graduation. Got a phone call after and then an in person interview. Employees at that time were very nice and friendly and the CEO was pretty young and kind. The interview itself was pretty easy and not very technical, just basic electrical engineering questions. The company developed its own product (software) that reviews schematics. The job requires security clearance so if you're not a Canadian Citizen or PR don't apply.

Question 1
They give you a schematic and ask you to read it and identify where the mistakes are.
