Applied online, received a call interview lasting ~20 mins. Was told that they'd send me an Excel assessment to complete and email back and if completed successfully, they'd forward my application to the client for consideration. I was told they'd get back to me in a few days. I followed up a week and a half later and have been ghosted.
Don't bother putting in time to complete assessments or interviews. They'll just ghost you - they don't care about you or your time. Put the effort into applying to a reputable company; they just want your CV on their database so they can sell to clients by claiming to have a big pool of clients and CVs on file.
