I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Valsium (Karāchi) in May 2018
Interview
Already had signed a job offer from another company but wanted to give an interview here just to see what valsium was like? For the intro, I was asked a few questions to gauge my knowledge and understanding. After all questions were answered, I told them that I have already signed an offer letter at another company, to my surprise I was met with a smile. The interviewer said “To be very honest, XYZ is a very good company and we won't be able to offer you a salary package or benefits like theirs and i won't bad mouth them to stop you from joining them, but what i can ask you is to give us a chance and we’ll show you that we can be much more”. Their honesty and transparency really resonated with me and I signed the offer letter right there and then. Now It's been a few months since i started working here but i can say this will complete confidence, i'm glad i joined valsium.

Interview
It was tougher than I anticipated but nothing too difficult. Initially I was asked some basic questions about introduction, then questions pertaining to my JD were asked. After those were answered I was told they will get back to me in a few days which they did but sadly enough, i didn't qualify :(

Interview
It was my first interview and I was really nervous. As soon as it began I started panicking. Immediately I was reassured by the interviewer that it was okay to be nervous, he even gave me time to collect my thoughts and calm myself down. After a few minutes I mustered up the courage to go at it again. Since I had no prior experience, he stuck to very basic questions. In the end, I was asked one final question, Do you want to learn?. It was quite shocking for me because I didn't expect it, considering I made countless blunders. But they still gave me a chance.
