I had an initial 45 min chat with the People Manager to talk about the role and expectations. I then progressed to the next stage which was an hour with the CFO. I had worked previously for a competitor and felt that the interview was actually just a grilling about them rather than an interest in my experience. The CFO kept probing me to give more information about the previous company's strategy that wasn't related to the role. I never received any feedback despite me chasing them.
