I didn’t do an interview, but I completed a phone screen that I thought was awful. It was sign I didn’t want to work with the organization. The interviewer went thru my work experience asking questions about why I left each job opposed to leaning how my skill set aligned to the position. She seemed very intrusive and provided info on how I could improve how I’m represented on LinkedIn. I understand this is an agency, but I feel there should be coaching on how to screen candidates.
Very informative and direct to the requirements and the scope of the role. For the HR, they provided all the requirements and all the details that I need to know and prepare for the technical interview.
