Interview
Emailed for phone interview, about 10 minutes, basic questions. Then came in for a "dexterity test" which total took about 2.5 hours. You are picking up little probes that look like the size of eyelashes with tweezers and placing them in a box thing. Everyone is wearing white lab coats, the place seems very sterile.
Just asked basic questions then basically test you to see if you can actually do the job.
