Interview
During the phone interview, was given a series of questions gauging my knowledge and skill set for common issues the position would face. The in-person interview consisted of 3 separate individuals for about 30 minutes each, one of them following up with similar skill set questions. Thorough, but standardized questions - really struck me they asked what I see myself doing in 5 years, had not thought about that.
