The phone interview was a breeze. Casey Binder did an outstanding job of not only making discussion easy and natural, but also of knowing my resume. I was impressed; still am. Interview with hiring manager was a bit stilted compared to the phone interview, but it was also more of a "get to know you" session than an interview. So, still reasonably comfortable.
