Interview
Hiring is done on the basis of requirment. They will hire and they impose work.
First will be technical round.
Written test.
Then technical discussion, were one person who has no idea of electronic topic will question you.
Then the managerial round were they mess you by paying less salary.
Basic electronic questions for which even they dont know the answer😊
