Very poor management. One man show companay which led by director/owner of the company.Small manufacturer of switches/swichgear. Need to improve on management, making employees do all kind of work which is not his/her job role also.

Question 1
Question related to balance sheets/ have you ever done invoicing/ payment follow up. question on tax calculations.
Management was not that great. A good interview process but could be enhanced. Also interview was scheduled on a short notice. But a good company would like to work here.
