Interview
Interview was via a Zoom call. The person interview me was driving so I didn't see her and she didn't have to see me. The job listing clearly stated hours as: "9am-6pm, 3pm-11pm, & 10pm-6am." I was told my hours would be 9am to 9pm to start. At the rate they wanted to pay, I refused and said I wanted the times listed in the job ad. Basically, that's a big red flag. Also would require to be on call on some days and fill in if someone calls out, no matter the time. Doesn't sound like work/life balance at all. I decided to agree to a second interview, but what a surprise, I was ghosted.

Very simple and organized format of interview, same that you would expect for any type of entry level job within healthcare, come prepared with both answers to personality type questions, as well as experience in healthcare questions
