Great team, friendly staff who care about your fit. The interview is fairly conversational and they just want to know who you are. They make sure the person is interested in working for their organization
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Urban Rec (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2019
Interview
It was straightforward. It was 30 minutes and I was hired. Not to many questions. To have experience as a player is necessary. Additionally you can play for free in the league if you find a team, it is the only benefit.
