I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Urban Environments (Brighton, England) in Jun 2025
Interview
It was a relatively straight-forward 3 stage process:
1. Remote call with the PM and Lead Dev
2. Take-home tech test (based around a .NET API solution)
3. An on-site interview centered around that tech test
Overall I'd say it was as close to an ideal process as possible (except for not getting the job at the end). Both Sean and Giedrius were nice people to have met and were relatable and reasonable in their approach to interviewing. And perhaps most remarkably compared to what a lot of recruitment processes are like, I felt like I was dealing with actual people and not just a formulaic process.
