Interview
The job requires taking several classes which you pay for. Then assisting several classes on your own time and at your cost. It was stated that there is a reimbursement possibility but it was not active. Then pay for and take test for two levels of certification as a junior uppy. These certifications have no value outside of the Institute. One must pay every two years to keep the certifications. Then several demonstration presentations with the supervision of the teacher and feedback from the teacher. This is difficult because the teachers do not want more teachers cometing with them.
