First stage is phone screening, after which is an online assessment. Last stage is an assessment centre with other candidates. Assessment day tasks consisted of a competency interview, a group presentation, an excel-based analysis & a presentation prepared beforehand.

What do you know about the actuarial career pathway?
Phone screening, then online assessment then assessment centre. Phone screening was straightforward; asked why applied for role. Online assessment were logic/maths/pattern recognition. Assessment centre was 9-5 in office, with competency interview, group project, talking about a pre-given topic (pptx presentation) and an excel based analytical exercise.
