I had two rounds in total, the application process required submitting my work experience and sop. The first round exploratory. Round 2 was a group interview with a bunch of staff on the ground team.

Very Intense - I applied via the Spanish Committee and it was like 8 people interviewing my application. Asking me about what I wrote. The questions ranged from books I read, the challenges I faced, what I could bring. It was the 3rd stage of the process and was after I presented my project idea.
