I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever in Aug 2022
Interview
The process was extensive and highly detailed, involving numerous questions that required a great deal of critical thinking. It was quite lengthy, not just in terms of the number of questions but also the depth of analysis required for each one. In addition to that, the process included an IQ test and a series of personality assessments, making it even more comprehensive. It truly tested both cognitive abilities and personal traits, requiring a high level of focus and attention throughout.

Question 1
Describe different scenarios of a creative idea (for example)
The interview was a quick process for me, I received an offer from the company but I declined it due to personal reasons. The HR team is nice to me, and made the atmosphere feel light.
Process takes way too long, with the classic “ghosting” for a long time
Besides that, going over three interviews for an internship process, with one of the lasting 45 minutes and the next one being about two case studies it's way too demanding for the position.
I applied in March 2025 and the whole process was finalized in end of July 2025
I only did until the interview with HR, Overall process is nice and friendly. The HR didnt ask too much of myself, Most importantly, the company process is fast. I got to proceed with the interview with manager after 1 day of interview with the HR
