A highly competitive selection process consists of four rigorous rounds: CV screening, initial interview, assessment center, and final interview. The assessment center is comprehensive, featuring a case study, purpose interview, focused group discussion (FGD), and competency interview. Each stage evaluates candidates' skills and fit, resulting in an overall acceptance rate below 5%.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Unilever (Manila, Manila) in May 2020
Interview
There are 4 parts.
1. Resume Assessment
2. Interactive Game-based Assessment.
3. In-person Interview
4. Case Study (Discovery Center)
1 and 2 are chill. The in-person interviewer was nice and just really wanted to get to know me and my achievements. Best to stay true to yourself and just highlight what have you done.
The case study was very fast-paced, it was very hard in my opinion and you have to think fast. Make sure you are collaborative but you should also stand out.
