I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Unilever in Feb 2015
Interview
Online Test then Telephone Interview. The lady rang in the morning and asked the usual questions (no curveballs), seemed to be very hoop-jumping = she wanted to hear certain phrases. Often I would answer fully and she would re-ask me what I had just said so keep stuff back to say/they seem to follow the STAR technique so just say the situation then she will ask for the T, the A and the R

Question 1
Why are you interested for applying for a career in sales?
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Unilever in Mar 2017
Interview
Fairly brief. Initial application form, followed by numerical and psychometric testing. I was then invited for phone interview. The interview is outsourced so no connection with the interviewee, they sounded very uninterested which was very off-putting.
They asked lots about their values (i.e. bias for action, adding value). Many of the questions I didn't quite understand and must have given very wrong answers for. Make sure you read the information they give you regarding the phone interview very thoroughly!
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever in Jan 2015
Interview
Submitted my application and wasn't asked to do any tests. Booked a phone interview through their webpage when asked.
The interview seemed outsourced, which was really disappointing. The lady was really uninterested and even sighed a few times (plus called me with a delay of 25 minutes). Got about 15 general competency question about teamwork, innovation, leadership and also about Unilever, its competitors etc.
She did not ask me if I have any questions, but said goodbye straight away.
