I was recruited on campus and went to several events for the Unilever. Then was selected for an interview, and had an in person 30 minute behavioral interview 2 weeks later. They informed me of their decision within one week.

You start application by uploading resume, then doing an assessment process that is gamified, followed by interview and then an offer is provided. Good process overall, timing is dependent on you

Interview
Hirevue, casual. You are given a few minutes to prepare per question and you can take up to 4 minutes to answer. You have two takes so try your best! There is no right or wrong answer. Mostly a fit interview. If you prepare in advance, you should be able to do alright!
