A two-stage process. Stage 1 was a competency-based remote interview with the hiring team and included a 10-15 min presentation about a technical topic of my choice. Stage 2 was a meeting (also remote) with the head of the business unit to ensure I was a 'cultural fit'. The questions were standard and mainly revolved around my experience and how it fits the job spec. There were also questions about my approach to certain job-related tasks. Not specific scenarios but about your approach in general.
