Interview
I had a Skype interview after all the initial application screening and online tests. The interview lasted 45 minutes and the lady asked everything starting with my motivations for the company, the industry, some technical questions and some situational questions. Quite normal interview, just make sure you know your stuff (obviously)!
Online games via Hirevue. 3 onderdelen: rekenen, figuurtjes onthouden en ruimtelijk inzicht. Bij rekenen kreeg ik het eindgetal EN x,:,+,- teken en dan moest je twee getallen (en later drie getallen) aanklikken die tot het eind getal kwamen. Bij figuurtjes moest ik het figuurtje onthouden en benoemen of de volgende in beeld precies het zelfde was als de vorige. Bij het ruimtelijk inzicht moest je een soort tetris met blokjes schuiven totdat de figuurtjes tot een uitgang kwamen.

You apply through a form where you also submit your CV. The second phase is the Hirevue digital assessment. In this part you play 3 game of a total of 15 minutes.

The first game measures your ability to compute simple mathematical computations under limited time. The second game measures your visual memory by showing you patterns and asking you which were similar. The third game is a puzzle like where you have to bring the pieces together to confirm a certain pattern.
