I applied through university. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Unilever (State College, PA) in Feb 2013
Interview
All on-campus interviews. First one behavioral. Second one more technically based. Know your resume really well and be able to answer questions regarding leadership, collaboration, and the basic skills. Use the STAR model to respond to questions. Have fun, be yourself. They like personality.
I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Englewood Cliffs, NJ) in Oct 2022
Interview
Friendly interviewer with a group project as the main interview, and the individual interviews follow. It certainly takes a long time and it is tiring, but the process is interesting.
Online assessments, then a super day with group case, 2 30-minute interviews, and a group interview. Recruiter was unresponsive and did not ever update despite saying otherwise. Be personable but not too assertive, they want team players, not bulldozers.
