I applied online. I interviewed at Unilever (Colombo, Western) in Apr 2023
Interview
There was a digital interview after an IQ test. The digital interview has 4 questions for which we need to record our answers and upload. The platform wasn't very user friendly as the timer starts upon loading the page

Question 1
Case study questions to answer within a short time
the digital interview was quite engaging. It had a range of questions not focusing only on the knowledge about the Company or the relevant role but also 'personality test' questions. It provides the candidate an opportunity to tell more about themselves in a limited amount of time.

Question 1
At the digital interview stage, you are given a case study at the end.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unilever
Interview
There's 4 rounds in the interview stage - I only manage to reach the 3rd round. In this round, it's a recorded video interview through an application. There's time given between the questions but I'm not really good at thinking on my feet so it was kind of difficult. What I appreciate is that they provide you feedback at every stage!
