I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unilever in Apr 2026
Interview
The interviewer just asked me about further questions written in my resume. Other than that, I was also asked about why Unilever, why Finance, and what marketing or strategy that stood out to you from the brands that you know in Unilever
The interview very accounting focused. I was asked questions on familiarity with accounting principles, software, etc, and not at all about general finance. Asked about availability and ability to work in-office, and emphasized the in-office essentiality of the job
Two 30-minute interviews with different people (one with a manager and one with a regular staff member)
A mixture of behavioural questions (ex. dealing with pressure) and an Excel test on basic functions (ex. SUMIF)
