Was not asked difficult questions. The manager spent most of the time talking about himself. The interview lasted about an hour.

fairly generic, scenario based questions. looking for all the obvious attributes and box ticking.
seemed fairly geared towards teamwork and following instructions.
two interviewers treating the process more like a chat. but note taking throughout. I'd hazzard a guess that personality would be taken into account above suitability.

Transferring from one plant to another I had to move because that plant was closing. The company wanted my experience. I got that job. I regret that the plant closed again.
