It did not make sense to me, as I do believe it shows poor judgement of my actual skills. I believe the second assessment could be great but very unfair at the same time, like yes, it can show my quantitative and qualitative skills but it does not define me as a person.

- Contains 3 situational questions and 1 final longer case study
3. Discovery day
- I have just gotten scheduled for discovery day and have yet to attend.
- Panel interview with 6 other applicants and brand managers
