I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD)
Interview
Multiple interviews, as well as panels. Met with multiple people across 5 different departments. Ranged from all levels of managment from other managers up to Sr. VP's. This went on for mutiple rounds. All the questions were pretty normal and typical for this role.

Application
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Under Armour
Interview
Applied online and heard from the recruiter. We chatted for 25 min or so. She did not seem to be interested in talking with me and did not do a good job of explaining the position. I got a rejection email about a week later.
long and hated the video process- took weeks to hear anything and it was not an amazing offer- growth is big to me and I am concerned I will not be heard
