Simple phone call asking about skills and availability. They offered a second in person interview which I accepted initially but had to decline due to a personal matter. Very friendly over the phone.

The interview was fast and the process was like a typical interview. They mainly care if you will stay and work for a long time. They don't prefer short term workers.
