The interview process for the Umbrella Fund was an absolute marathon, dragging on for what felt like an eternity. After each stage, they'd leave you hanging for a grueling two weeks, like some kind of cruel test of patience. And just when you thought it couldn't get any worse, the final interview was a complete circus. A chaotic virtual meeting with a panel of interviewers firing questions at a group of applicants simultaneously. It was utterly confusing, incredibly awkward, and a total waste of everyone's time.
