Let's start here...... the position you thought you applied for, it doesn't exist. They jam in hundreds of interviews per day (5 minutes each) because what you are really interviewing for is to be a walking commercial for non profits. You will literally walk around trying to talk to people about signing up for a monthly donation to one of these non profits and then you get a commission from it (can't be very much). DO NOT waste your time interviewing with them.
Disorganized. Applied for a PM role and was booked for an early morning appointment and the office was was pretty chaotic, with a revolving door of people. Apparently it was a marathon day of meet and greet interviews that honestly was not well organized and in my opinion should have been coordinated via short video interviews.
I was booked and confirmed for what was stated to be a 20 -30 min screening interview and my interview lasted exactly 6 minutes. This company is experiencing rapid growth, which is amazing, but you all really need to better organize your process. To have candidates, especially for established roles, come in expecting to go through a formal interview even if just a screening, and then have them out the door in less than 10 minutes because you're just "putting a face to the resume" is disrespectful of their time. These kinds of meet and greets should really be done over phone or via video meetings. Really hope the next step is smoother and you all are able to better organize for the future.
