They contact you by the phone to get an interview.
They won't inform you concerning the process and the stages.
It is not organised.
Not even given the standards of how the screening process is made.
They Said they will contact me for a second interview, but they did not.
They didn't even contact me for a rejection.
The interview is basically one question.
