      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Uline (Pleasant Prairie, WI) in Jun 2015

      Interview

I applied for Financial Analyst, but they switched me to the Accounts Receivable Analyst for interviewing. Upon an initial screen, they make you do 4 assessments that relate to personality. Then I had an in-person interview with HR, where I had to do 2 more assessments that were focused on attention to detail and speed. The interview was easy, and Justin was a great interviewer who had great flow in conversing. It seemed like just having a conversation with him. After this, I had to do more assessments testing proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, typing speed, and spelling. They were easy. Upon your success with this, I had to drive to Gurnee, IL and have another interview. It consisted of the first 15 minutes sitting with someone in this position as they show you the systems and the role of the job. After this, it was about 45 minutes of your typical interview questions, a lot were behavioral-based. If you mention Liz and D(ick) (the owners) and say you want the "family feel" and like the high growth and room to move up from within, you will do fine.

      Interview

Applied online for the financial analyst position but got a call the next day to set up an interview for the accounts receivable analyst position. Phone interview was easy and lasted 15 minutes. took a lot of assessments from personality, sales, excel, access, word, spelling, and typing. Went back for a second interview where I sat with someone who does the role and got to ask questions for about 20 minutes then for an interview with 2 people and was asked the same basic questions.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Uline (Kenosha, WI) in Jun 2016

      Interview

I applied for the position of Financial Analyst then received a call asking if I want to apply for AR position which is basically just made phone calls. But I need a job so I set up an appointment with them. I was requested to complete 4 assessments about personality and sales skill. I came to the interview and did two more mini IQ tests about numbers. Finally got to an one-to-one interview, he smiled and started with questions about my hobbies but I could feel that he was just doing his jobs. He asked questions and took notes so I lost the eye contact and started to lose my focus.
