Interview
I applied for the position of Financial Analyst then received a call asking if I want to apply for AR position which is basically just made phone calls. But I need a job so I set up an appointment with them. I was requested to complete 4 assessments about personality and sales skill. I came to the interview and did two more mini IQ tests about numbers.
Finally got to an one-to-one interview, he smiled and started with questions about my hobbies but I could feel that he was just doing his jobs. He asked questions and took notes so I lost the eye contact and started to lose my focus.
