Math, stats, and brainteasers in Chinese on a poorly designed platform. Could not do more than one or two of the questions. I know Chinese but never done maths in Chinese. As someone who is seeking a position not based in China, it is a bit strange to not be using English for the questions. Dont think that reflects a very serious hiring attitude. Got rejected after I flunked the test.

Interview
The first round is a test on problem sets with 2 programming problems and 3 math problems (2 stat & probability and 1 combinatorics). The difficulty of the problems are very hard. The second round is an interview by HR.
have 1 round OA and 2 rounds interviews. They asked candidate to do a presentation for 1-1.5hr. The presentation is about your background. After that, they will ask some questions.
