The hiring procedure first consist of online test of basic knowledge then technical interview that is onsite afterwards there is an interview with hr
The first phase occurs about 2 months after submitting application and then I am emailed for test

Question 1
They asked basic ds question in mcq form and two coding question one of array sorting other was of searching
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at UWork (Oslo) in Dec 2022
Interview
A group interview where 4 people participated. Interview took place in both English and Norwegian. Interview seemed informal, no expected attire. A set of questions was asked by the interviewer, where we were expected to answer one by one. That is question is asked, person answers, we switch to the next candidate.
