I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UST (London, England)
Interview
Fairly straight forward three steps interview process.
Stage 1: An individual in talent acquisition within UST reached out to me on the basis of my profile. He conducted a brief interview on the spot, asked me about my experience, reasons for leaving, salary expectations etc. Subsequently put me forward for a formal interview.
Stage 2: The interview was with the divisional Sales Director for Europe. He was very relaxed and went through my CV.
Stage 3: The interview was with the Divisional General Manager. Again, he was very relaxed and easy going. This wasn’t really an interview, as it looked like they had already made their decision. So he asked me, to ask him any questions I had. This turned into a market/ sales related discussion around the industry. Again, very chilled out and approachable given his seniority in the company.
They made an offer.
(Stage 4): I mentioned I was interested in “women in tech” as an initiative, so they set up a quick meeting with a senior director so she could share her experiences with me! A really thoughtful touch.
